What we offer

SORMEN DESIGN is a studio specialising in industrial design and product development; our main aim is to design and create new, innovative yet viable products for clients across a wide range of industrial sectors.

Conceptual Design

Development of new aesthetic and/or technical concepts. Initial exploration of materials, finishes, etc.

Development and engineering

Definition of materials and/or technologies and detailed 3D/2D development. Definition of construction details.

Prototyping and validation

Management and/or production of initial prototypes and full-scale models.

Industrialization and follow-up

Compilation of improvement proposals arising from the prototypes and preparation of the final documentation.

About us

SORMEN DESIGN was founded in 2001 with the support of Saiolan, the Mondragón Business and Innovation Centre. We began our work in Leintz-Gatzaga, in a former 18th-century house that had been restored to accommodate a new business venture focused on industrial design and innovation.

We are currently based in Mondragón, in the industrial heart of the Basque Country, where we have our own offices and an industrial unit. These facilities enable us to undertake product design and development projects on various scales, testing and validating each one, and adapting to a wide range of technical, functional and production requirements.
