- Define the materials, manufacturing processes and construction details.
- Develop the necessary 3D/2D CAD documentation for manufacturing, assembling and validating the product.
- Integrate the graphic and visual elements required for its use and identification.
Prototyping and validation
- Design, manage and build models and prototypes tailored to the objectives of each project.
- Coordinate their manufacture, assembly and fine-tuning.
- Validate the product’s aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics and technical feasibility.
- Incorporate any improvements identified before moving on to mass production, thereby reducing risks prior to manufacturing.
Industrialisation and follow-up
- Incorporate the improvements identified during prototype validation.
- Optimise the product to meet manufacturing, cost and timeframe objectives.
- Work with suppliers and produce the final 3D/2D CAD documentation.
- Oversee the construction of tooling, pre-production runs and the launch of the product into production.
- Work does not end with the design: we support the product until it is ready for manufacture.
